Ingredients
For 2 serves
- 1 tbsp (15g)vegetable oil
- 200 gchicken thigh
- 2 (6g)garlic
- 160 gramen noodles
- 200 gcoleslaw
- 3 (45g)spring onion
- 1 cup (100g)bean sprouts
- 250ml (250g)water
- 1.5 tbsp (22g)soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp (22g)oyster sauce
- 2 tsp (10g)sesame oil
Method
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat, add the garlic, then cook for 10 seconds.
- Add the chicken thigh and cook until it mostly turns from pink to white, then add the sauce.
- Cook for 1 min, then add the coleslaw and most of the spring onion — save some for serving.
- Cook for 1½ min until the cabbage wilts, then push everything to one side of the pan.
